In some cases, one product is all that you need to prepare your customers’ ware for paint application. Typical job shop, spray wand operations generally use one product. However the nature of the business is that the metal type, metal condition and quality will never be always the same. Due to variations in soils and to the extent of soil, it is a good business practice to have options to guarantee that you prepare the metal in the best possible manner. Surcoat SW 20 - Light duty cleaner – phosphate for steel
Surcoat SW 30 - Stronger version of Surcoat SW 20 - for enhanced performance
Surcoat SW 1000 - Heavier duty cleaning and high phosphate weights for steel
Surcoat SW 2000 - Surcoat SW 1000 performance with aluminum/zinc surface conditioning

DETERGENT IRON PHOSPHATES FOR ALUMINUM AND ZINC
Surcoat SW MM - Aluminum and zinc cleaner - treatment
Surcoat 3-15 - Aluminum, zinc, and steel cleaner - treatment

PRE-CLEANERS
Clene A90 - De-ruster and weld smut remover for steel and aluminum
Coralite 101 - Pre-clean for tough, tenacious soils

SEAL RINSES
Corak 714 - Enhances corrosion resistance of steel and is used as a treatment for aluminum and zinc

The use of a seal rinse will increase salt spray corrosion resistance. It may not be needed but is available in the event that you need to meet a higher specification than you are achieving currently. The main reason for listing this product is that most of you want to avoid using harsh chemicals. Corak 714 can also be used to provide a treatment on aluminum and zinc avoiding the need to have fluoride in the spray wand cleaner – treatment. The seal rinse can be applied with low flow and low pressure equipment such as a garden sprayer.
